For a new customer and for us it is essential that a solid understanding of the business processes is created in order to deliver a solution that meets the expectations. In this respect we will closely focus
on the initial request as part of the rest of your organization. First we will propose a solution that should solve the problem and discuss with you the different angles of our proposal. Only after your confirmation that the proposal is in line with your request we will start to work on the actual solution.
For us in the preparation of any project will be our added-value as the project will meet your expectations, project lead time will decrease and therefore costs will be saved. When you are an existing customer, the further we are in knowing your business processes, the quicker we can translate your request into proposals and solutions.
Any new implementation of our software solution can be organized in a relative short period. Most of the work is in the preparation of the implementation. The implementation will follow a standard project agenda that will fit in between your ongoing business. If needed any historical data from your redundant system will be
converted into the ABS databases. Reports and documents will be created to follow up on management requests and other needed overviews on the business processes. Well before going-live your key-users will be trained in order to support the end-users. And just before going-live all end-users will receive their training. After going live we can assist you on-site for a certain period while everyone is getting used to the new situation. After one month we will train the key-users again for more advanced use of the system.
