Customers, prospects, suppliers and growers, all can be entered in ABS. Not only information about the address, such as delivery addresses, contact persons etcetera, can be logged. Also the activities that you have undertaken for each relation can be entered. Complaints can be entered, and can be managed at local or central level, when working with multiple companies with the system.
