Orders
Orders
When the customers orders the seed, a sales order is booked. The products to be sold have to be in the sales assortment of the sales organisation and the price can be automatically proposed based on various different pricing systems. The selection of the batches to be shipped can be done automatic or manually. The batches have to be released for sales or reserved for the sales organisation as their own (virtual) warehouse. The status and progress of the order can be monitored and different configurable order-types can be used. The customer can be informed about quality information via quality sheets or via the shipment list.
Distribution
When seeds have to be sent to the customer, a delivery is created. The seeds can be picked in the warehouse and packed to be shipped. A shipment list and other relevant documents can be combined with the shipment.
Invoicing
The orders shipped via distribution can be invoiced; this can be done per invoice manually or in batch. Also separate invoices on costs or credit invoices can be made.
Pricing
Article Pricing
The pricing module includes production cost price and the sales price. The production cost price is based on the production area of a crop and assigned to the batch at the moment of receiving. The sales price has many more options to be calculated and is proposed at the moment that an order-line is booked. This price can be calculated varying from no price, fixed price, per packaging, customer group, etc.
