Agro Business Solutions and Magic Software Enterprises have reached an agreement in which Magic will give support service to ABS users in countries outside Holland.
Magic Software is the company that created the development language in which ABS is written and is represented in all countries where ABS has sales activities.
The first approach is that ABS creates an open direct connection with their customers in the different countries who will receive direct support from the head office in Holland. If however unexpectedly situations may come up where the Dutch office of ABS cannot give the immediate needed support, employees from Magic can jump in.
In this way customers have a guarantee for continuous support in case something with their system might happen.
