We offer our customers an on-line communication tool, called the ABS Service desk. This integrated service tool provides up-to-date information on ABS and on all your service requests. The ABS Service desk keeps track of all issues and is available for our customers 24 x 7. It also provides for a Knowledge Base and a Download Center for each customer.
We support all our customers around the world via the ABS Service desk in order to control their requests at a moment that is most convenient for them.
