Maintenance
Twice a year a new version of the software is offered to all our clients including the latest functionalities and improvements. Each client is free to implement such version and to implement such at a moment that is most convenient with its running operations. Any suggestions client have on improvements can be forwarded in order to be included in a future version.
Whenever needed we initiate test scripts for your company and run these firstly on the latest developed version. If requested we can also support you in-house while executing your test scenarios. In the same time we then train and improve your key-users on new and existing functionality.
